  • the biggest inspiration in my creative endeavors - the late Dan Fogelberg - who graciously endorsed my very first website in 1998 and helped me set foot upon my path of creative heart. His integrity, his passion for creating art for art's sake, his beautiful spirit and his kindness (not to mention his awe-inspiring music and words) will be forever etched in my heart and soul. Dan will eternally be a part of every piece of art I create.
  • ... to my husband, who supports me in all avenues of creative chaos and inspired ventures. And to my two doggie muses, who "assist me" (nap) in the studio and never complain when I'm late with their dinner!
  • ... to Bill Bauman and Donna Bauman, who have helped me embrace my gifts even more fully and help others do the same.
  • ... to Dr. Darren Weissman, founder of the Lifeline Technique, who inspires me with his passion and whose teachings are an energetic part of these art pieces.

  • 1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

    2. Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

    3. Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

    4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret. - don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements

  • Because others cannot vibrate in your experience, they cannot affect the outcome of your experience. They can hold their opinions, but unless their opinion affects your opinion, their opinion matters not at all. A million people could be pushing against you, and it would not negatively affect you unless you push back. They are affecting what happens in their experience. They are affecting their point of attraction -- but it does not affect you unless you push against them. - Abraham
